Most recently, I founded and led the Customer Advisory Practice at NeuraFlash, a top-tier Salesforce and AWS consulting and ISV partner. In this role, I set the vision, designed & executed the GTM strategy, and built a high-performing team of cloud strategists and business architects. Together, we developed transformation roadmaps, reimagined sales and service experiences, and drove cloud adoption for clients like Twitch, Okta, Amazon, and Instructure. Under my leadership, the Customer Advisory Practice generated over $18.5 million in revenue while delivering impactful solutions that transformed the way our clients operate and grow.
